the best B&B by the readers of the Rooms & Amenities ~~~~ The Manor House ~~~~ The Manor House has three rooms and one suite. All the rooms are decorated in 19th century antiques and reproductions. There are six fireplaces throughout the main house, two of which are in the guests rooms (Jefferson Davis and Robert E. Lee Rooms). Each guest room has its own private bath, TV, fluffy robes, and refrigerator. Rates range from $120-185 per night, based on double occupancy. Jefferson Davis Room 360º PANORAMIC VIEW The Jefferson Davis room is located
on the second floor of the Manor House. A very large room with a queen
poster, tobacco carved bed and a large private bath with a Jacuzzi and
steam room. It has a wonderful view of the patio and terraced
backyard.
The Robert E. Lee Room 360º PANORAMIC VIEW 
The Robert E. Lee Room is located
on the second floor of the Manor House. A spacious room with a high
queen poster, rice carved bed, sitting area, fireplace, private bath and
wonderful view of the formal entrance.
Essex Room 360º PANORAMIC VIEW It has a king size featherbed
located on the top floor of the Manor House. Your own private
shower and tub bath awaits you. The view overlooks the
terraced grounds.
The Linden Suite 360º PANORAMIC VIEW The Linden Suite is located on the
top floor of the Manor House with a queen size, cannonball bed, and daybed
located in the sitting room. The top floor windows provide you a view of
the herb garden and the surrounding grounds.
~~~~ The Carriage House ~~~~
The most recent addition has been the two-story Coach House. The brickwork of the Coach House blends so amazingly well with the old brick of Linden House, you would think they were built at the same time from the same brick. Downstairs is the Carriage Suite with country furnishings, antiques, a fireplace and its own porch. Upstairs we have built two very comfortable modern rooms, appropriately named the Coachman and the Footman.
Carriage House Suite 360º PANORAMIC VIEW
The Coachman Room 360º PANORAMIC VIEW The Coachman Room is located on the
second floor of the Carriage House. This room has a queen size sleigh bed,
small sitting area, private bath and a semi private balcony. This
delightful room is decorated in a country theme.
The Footman Room 360º PANORAMIC VIEW The Footman Room, featuring a semi
private balcony, is located on the upper level of the Carriage House.
Decorated with antiques and 18th century reproductions and has a queen
size poster bed, a sitting area and private bath.

The Carriage Suite is at ground
level, which makes it accessible to the physically challenged, and is
located in the Carriage House. Decorated in a country theme with a queen
size bed and sofa bed for an additional person. A sitting area and private
dining table around the fireplace provides a romantic setting to remember
for years to come. Enjoy your morning coffee while sitting on your
front porch with a view of the picturesque pastures.
