Advance Deposits: An advance deposit of one day's rate is required at the time of the reservation. Advance deposits are to be received by Linden House Plantation within seven (7) days of reservation date. Cancellation: Deposits will be refunded
or applied to a new date, if the cancellation is received ten (10) days
prior to the arrival date. Payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, travelers' checks, cash, and personal checks in advance are accepted. Check in: 3:00 to 6:00 pm, or by prior arrangement. Check out: 11:00 am, 10:45 am on Sunday. Breakfast: A full plantation breakfast
is served in the morning between 8:00-9:00 am, including juice, coffee,
tea, muffins, scones, eggs - any
style or omelet to order, bacon, fresh fruit, and more!
Restaurants: Fine dining is available within 10 minutes of the Inn. Champagne Gift Basket: Available with prior notice. Flower Arrangements: Available with prior notice. Children: Children 12 and older are welcome. Smoking/Pets: For the comfort and
convenience of all our guests, no pets are permitted, and smoking is
restricted to the outside porches, patio, and grounds.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am. Additional
Amenities: There are six porches on the property to
sit, relax, or read. Cable TV is
available in the library. There is a sun porch for playing board games, a
gazebo arbor, walking trails, and gardens, in addition to the
